Provided   expert-level Meyers Briggs Type Indicator analysis and training courses to   corporate and nonprofit entities in the San Francisco Bay Area and Kansas   City, MO. Performed group training and exercises to aide decision-making   based on the 16 different four-letter types of MBTI. Leveraged a casual,   light-hearted approach during training sessions to drive understanding of the   relevance of MBTI on personal relationships and workplace culture.Encouraged   self-awareness via individual assessment and assignment of an MBTI type;   educate on the various ways to manage personality type differences in   productive ways.
