3L Consutling is owned by Mark Macdonald, a leadership consultant and career coach who feels passionately about helping people. As an officially certified practitioner, he has used the Myers-Briggs, Strong, and Structural Dynamics frameworks to help hundreds of people understand themselves and others better, thus improving the way they learn, lead, and love, in both professional, educational and home settings. These three interrelated and vital concepts are what we teach, and they also influence how we teach and why we do so. Our vision of an ideal world is one in which everyone in it is knowledgeable, charitable, and effective - a world filled with people who adaptively learn, love, and lead.
