MIAMI, FL – October 20, 2021 – The recently established Foundation for Talent Transformation has begun providing valuable resources to help individuals in the workforce keep pace with dramatic changes in technology and workplace demands.
The Foundation’s mission is to help individuals stay relevant during times of exponential change. It is creating a library of free online learning resources to help individuals prepare for the future of work by developing themselves, improving their relationships with others, and building knowledge and skills for confidently and effectively navigating through their careers.
Entries include details about how technology will change the future of jobs, emotional intelligence as a must-have trait, and planning for future jobs.
